These terms apply only to the one-time purchase, production, delivery, and support of the physical .solutions ID card.
The physical card purchase is a separate one-time transaction. It is not a subscription, does not activate a paid plan, does not create recurring charges, and does not authorise the Operator to store or use a payment method for future automatic debits. Any subscription or recurring payment in the Service requires a separate product label and separate user consent before payment.
1.1. The User purchases one physical .solutions ID card linked to the User's .solutions ID account.
1.2. The purchase price shown in the checkout window is charged once. As of this revision, the price is 2,990 Russian roubles.
1.3. Production and delivery preparation start only after the payment provider confirms successful payment.
2.1. To complete the purchase, the User provides the full name of the recipient, phone number, e-mail address, city, selected CDEK pickup point or courier delivery address, and confirms personal-data processing for the purchase.
2.2. The Operator uses this data only to create, process, produce, deliver, support, and account for the card purchase, including interaction with the payment provider, fiscal-data operator where applicable, and delivery service.
3.1. Payment is processed through YooKassa or another payment provider shown in the checkout interface.
3.2. The payment is one-time. The Operator does not request the User's consent to recurring charges in this checkout flow and does not use the card purchase to connect automatic debits.
3.3. A cashier's receipt, where required by law, is generated at the moment of settlement and sent to the e-mail address provided by the User and/or by the payment provider.
4.1. Delivery is arranged through CDEK or another delivery service shown in the checkout interface.
4.2. The User is responsible for the accuracy of recipient and delivery data. If the data is incorrect or incomplete, production or delivery may be delayed until the data is clarified.
Card purchases are also subject to the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Consent to personal-data processing, and the Terms for service and marketing messages, unless these card purchase terms state otherwise.
If the User wants to cancel or clarify a card purchase, the User should contact the Operator at legal@solu.id. Cancellation, refund, and delivery issues are handled under applicable consumer-protection law and the actual stage of production and delivery at the time of the request.
