Terms for service and marketing messages

These terms apply to service and marketing messages related to a physical .solutions card and all .solutions services.

1. What you agree to receive

A free physical .solutions card can be ordered only after you confirm your phone number and consent to receive service, informational, and marketing messages by SMS, phone, and e-mail. If you do not give this consent, the physical card order is not accepted.

2. What these messages may concern

Such messages may concern the card order, production status, issuance, support, and other products, features, services, or offers of .solutions.

3. Contact data used

For these messages, the Operator may use the e-mail address and the verified phone number you provided in the Service. The Operator records proof of consent, including the User ID, verified phone number, consent version, timestamp, IP address, and user agent.

4. How to opt out

If you want to stop receiving marketing messages after placing an order, contact the Operator at legal@solu.id. Withdrawal does not affect service messages that are necessary to fulfill an accepted order and does not cancel proof of consent already recorded for the order.
