Card order terms

These terms apply only to the ordering, production, issuance, and support of a physical .solutions card.

1. What you confirm

By placing a card order, you confirm that the profile data used for the physical card is current and may be used to prepare, produce, issue, and support the order.

2. Data used for the card

For the purpose of producing and issuing the card, the Operator may use the data you provided in the Service, including your name, photo, card fields, e-mail address, phone number, and any other information required to identify the order and contact you.

3. Related documents

Card orders are also subject to the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, the Consent to personal-data processing, and the Terms for service and marketing messages.

4. How to withdraw

If you want to withdraw from the card-order flow, contact the Operator at legal@solu.id. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was already required to fulfill an order accepted before the request was received.
